type='text'>Manutenções e alterações</title><content type='html'>Tendo passado quase um ano desde o lançamento do barco, resolví construir um novo leme com menor área compensada, ou seja uma área menor na frente do eixo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O primeiro leme estava também com um bordo de fuga de 4 à 5 mm de espessura, o qual provocava um certo ronco ou turbulencia nos ventos folgados com o balão. Apresentava também uma sensibilidade muito perigosa nestes ventos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aproveitei e fiz uma inspeção nas buchas roletadas confeccionadas pela Nautos. Medimos alto, basicamente o mesmo GPH de um Benneteau 40.7.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Foi com orgulho que participamos com um barco construido por nós, projeto de escritório brasileiro e montado com ferragens e mastreação de fabricação brasileira.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mostramos também que é possível construir-se no Brasil um barco com projeto de última geração com o mesmo valor pedido por um barco usado com 10 anos. &lt;div&gt;O grande responsável pela estabilidade do barco, o Torpedo ou bulbo de chumbo, nos deu trabalho na parte de fundição. Apesar de morar em Joinville, a cidade Catarinense com maior população do Estado e onde está implantado o maior parque industrial do Estado de Santa Catarina, não consegui encontrar uma fundição que dispusesse a fundir o torpedo de 950 kg de chumbo. As desculpas eram diversas, ou não possuiam um cadinho para esta capacidade ou não queriam fundir chumbo pois o cadinho iria ficar com resíduos que atrapalhariam a fundição de bronze.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Conversamos eu e o Jair e resolvemos fazê-lo nós mesmos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A experiência que tinha éra de fundir torpedos de 4 kg para os veleiros Classe 1 Metro Rádio Controlados. O processo era o mesmo, era uma questão de escala e massa. Para tanto precisaria confeccionar o modelo, fazer o molde bipartido de concreto e confeccionar um cadinho com capacidade para derreter 1.000 kg de chumbo e verter no molde. Fácil....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Iniciei com o modelo conforme foto. Claro que saiu com pequenas falhas que foram corrigidas com massa plástica. Vale a pena trabalhar com material bom. Com a ajuda de dois amigos laminadores, Vilmar e Dito, começamos o processo às 9:00 h da manhã e concluimos às 16:00 h.
